The Global Summit on Changing Bihar has begun in Patna. The summit was inaugurated by Prime Minister of Nepal Baburam Bhattarai this afternoon.Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi told AIR that the three day meet will ponder over on how to speed up the growth momentum by tapping the full potential in different fields. He said the summit will not only be a big academic event drawing over 1000 delegates from across 24 countries, but also will aim at creating partnership with people and institution in India and abroad. He said the new ideas articulated at the meet will help in Bihar’s strategies for progress in the coming days.
