The United Nations Food Agency says the global food prices reached a record high last month. The Food and Agriculture Organisation said, its food price index reached it's highest level since the measure was introduced a decade ago. It warned that the cost could spiral even further if the unrest in Libya and the Middle East keeps driving up the oil prices.
