Global Covid-19 caseload tops 13 crores mark

<span style="color: #222222;">The overall global Covid-19 caseload has surpassed the grim milestone of 13 Crores as the pandemic is still raging, while the deaths have surged to more than 28 lakhs, according to the Johns Hopkins University.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In its latest update on this morning, the University's Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) revealed that the US is the worst-hit country with the world's highest number of cases at over three crores and deaths at over 5,50,000.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Brazil follows in the second place with over one crore twenty-nine lakhs cases and over three lakhs twenty-eight thousand fatalities.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Other countries with more than twenty lakh confirmed coronavirus cases are India, France, Russia, the UK, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Germany, Colombia, Poland, Argentina  and Mexico, the CSSE figures showed. In terms of deaths, Mexico comes in third place with 203,664 fatalities.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Nations with a death toll of over 50,000 are India, the UK, Italy, Russia, France, Germany, Spain, Colombia, Iran, Argentina, Poland, South Africa, and Peru.</span><br />''  <br />
