The Gorkha Janamukti Morcha (GJM) has submitted a blue print for an Interim Regional Authority to be set up for Darjeeling and some areas around it. The proposal was submitted at the 5th round of tri-partite talks between the Centre, West Bengal Government and GJM. The talks were attended by the Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Makan, GJM General Secretary and officials and political representatives from West Bengal Government. <br/>Earlier, the Centre expressed the hope that some common ground could be found during the next talk scheduled for May. Yesterday's political level meeting was convened to find a way out of the deadlock over the Darjeeling issue.
