Give Delhi government copies of seized documents: Court tells CBI

A special court yesterday directed the CBI to give to the Delhi government, attested copies of documents it seized in a raid on the Delhi Secretariat office of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister in an alleged corruption case.<br/><br/>Special CBI judge Vinod Kumar said the court has instructed CBI that the documents be handed over by next Monday, that is, December 28th. It also fixed hearing on the issue of possible action against CBI officials for January 6.<br/><br/>The Delhi government had approached the court, seeking release of the documents. It also demanded stringent action against CBI officials over the seizures since it had paralysed the government.
