<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of Animal Husbandry Giriraj Singh today inaugurated National Dairy Development Board sponsored one-day workshop on 'Development of Dairy sector in Vidarbha and opportunities in Industry' at 11th Agro Vision- Agriculture Exhibition in Nagpur.<br />'' <br />'' Emphasizing on the importance of Livestock, he said, Agriculture allied businesses and livestock development are complementary to each other. He said fertilizers made from cow dung and fecal residue available in livestock rearing and poultry are beneficial to the agriculture as it lowers the demand of field for the chemical fertilizers.<br />'' <br />'' Highlighting importance of animals as a source of income for the farmers, Minister urged the farmer community to take initiative in preparation of natural fertilizers by making use of animal dung.      <br />'' <br />'' He also appealed the young generation to explore career opportunities in agriculture and livestock research. The four-day exhibition will also hold a workshop on the importance of micro small medium enterprises in agriculture processing industries of Vidarbha.</span><br />'' <br />''
