Pakistan's Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has ruled out any threat to democracy and said that the court would interpret the decision about the appointment of judges and the government would implement it. Talking to newsmen in Rawalpindi yesterday, he dismissed the impression that the government is against the judiciary. About the forthcoming Foreign Secretary level talks with India and whether Kashmir would figure in them, Mr.Gilani said all issues including the water dispute would be taken up by Pakistan. He said Pakistan wants better relations with India and with the resumption of dialogue all matters can be discussed between the two sides.<br/>
