In the Men's double of Super Series Table Tennis tournament, Indian duo of Soumyajit Ghosh and Harmeet Desai will meet the Japanese pair of Jin Ueda and Maharu Yoshimura today for a place in the semi-finals.Earlier, Ghosh and Desai have become the first Indian paddlers to reach the Men's Doubles quarterfinals of a Super Series Table Tennis tournament. The pair entered the last-eight stage of the Japan Open at Yokohama yesterday. The Indian pair defeated the Swedish duo of Kristain Karlsson and Mattias Karlsson 11-8, 2-11, 11-6, 9-11, 11-9 in an intense pre-quarterfinal battle.In the Men's Singles, India's ace paddler Achantha Sharath Kamal entered the pre-quarterfinals, while Soumyajit Ghosh crashed out of the round of 32.
