In Uttar Pradesh the government has designated the District and Sessions judge court of Ghaziabad to hear all cases related to the multi-crore rupees National Rural Health Mission NRHM scam.Our Allahabad correspondent reports that a notification in this regard has been issued. It has been said that for speedy trial and to facilitate the prosecutors of the Central Bureau of Investigation CBI to pursue the cases this decision has been taken. All the 18 cases registered so far in connection with the NRHM scam as well as that of murders of two Chief Medical Officer Family Welfare of Lucknow including Dr. Vinod Kumar Arya and Dr. BP Singh and the mysterious death of Deputy CMO Dr. Yogendra Singh Sachan would be taken up by the designated Ghaziabad court.
