A Ghaziabad court framed charges of murder and destruction of evidence against dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the 2008 Aarushi-Hemraj case on Friday. Fixing June 4 for commencement of trial the Court also charged Rajesh with misleading the investigation by filing a police complaint at Noida police station that his 14-year-old daughter, Aarushi was murdered by domestic help, Hemraj.

Holding that there was a prima-facie evidence, Additional District Judge S Lal had on Thursday ordered framing of charges of murder and destruction of evidence against the dentist couple.

Aarushi was found dead in her bedroom at Talwar's Jalvayu Vihar residence in Noida on May 16, 2008. Next day, the body of Hemraj, who was initially suspected of killing her, was also found on the terrace of their flat.
