Abdul Samad Bhatkal, arrested in 2009 illegal arms seizure case and suspected in the Pune German Bakery blast case , was granted bail by a Mazgaon court today on surety on 25,000 rupees. <br/><br/>The court also tells Bhatkal not to leave country without its permission<br/>Bhatkal's lawyer, Mobin solkar said today that as the investigating agency ATS could not provide enough evidences against him in the court.<br/><br/>Samad, had approached the sessions court earlier this month, seeking bail in connection with the arms case.<br/>The ATS, had arrested Samad on May 25 from Mangalore airport. <br/><br/>Mumbai Metropolitan court had sent Samad to a 14 day judicial custody after the ATS did not seek his custody.
