<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Dr. Jitendra Singh today said that the General Budget is in tune with India's post-COVID vision and the budget will act as vision document in post- COVID period. Speaking at a party function on the General Budget for the year 2021-22,  the Minister said that India has succeeded in showing the world how to convert adversity into  opportunity. Dr. Singh said, the Budget has given a clear signal to international community that India will now be a frontline nation in the comity of nations and India is going to act as a global leader now. The Minister said, the Union Budget is for every section of the society adding it is for the first time since Independence that massive thrust has been given to Health Sector in the Budget. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking about J&K, Dr. Singh said, Prime Minister Modi has said that now is the time to give focus on the development of Jammu and Kashmir on the same way thrust was given for the development of North-East in 2014</span><br />''  <br />
