The judicial magistrate of Panaji has granted conditional bail to Goa Cricket Association, GCA president Chetan Desai, and two other office bearers including secretary and treasurer in the alleged Rs. 3.13 crore misappropriation case.The judicial magistrate also directed the accused to furnish a personal bond of Rs one lakh each.Court also debarred all three cricket officials from visiting GCA for next fifteen days without taking prior permission from the court.The economic offence wing of state had registered a case against three office bearers for alleged misappropriation of funds.Later on 15th June, these three GCA officials were arrested.
