Russia's state-owned natural gas giant Gazprom resumed full gas supplies to neighboring Belarus on Thursday as its European clients started to feel the pinch after Minsk began siphoning off the fuel meant for the West.<br/><br/>Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller this morning announced that Belarus had settled gas bills of 200 million dollars accrued since the start of the year and full gas supplies has resumed.<br/>
