The Gauhati High Court has ordered Assembly Speaker of the Arunachal Pradesh not to hold session till 4th of the next month. Hearing review petition of 34 legislators, a single bench of Justice D K Sarma ordered it.<br/><br/>The 34 MLAs who voted against Chief Minister Nabam Tuki, have filed petition to review the earlier order of Justice Hrishikesh Roy. On Thursday, hearing a petion of Nabam Rebia , he cancelled the decision of Governor J P Rajkhowa to prepone assembly session.
