A report just received says that the driver of the bus in which the rape was committed, has been remanded to 5-day police custody by a Delhi court.
Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court has taken cognizance of the rape case as some women lawyers sought the intervention of the Court. The Court said, it is a very serious and disturbing issue.
