Gautam Gambhir will lead the Indian squad for the one-day cricket series against the West Indies. Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan were among the seniors who were rested as the national selectors recalled Tamil Nadu batsman S Badrinath and Bengal wicketkeeper Wriddhimaan Saha. The 16-member squad includes Karnataka paceman Vinay Kumar while Amit Mishra, Rohit Sharma and Ishant Sharma has made a comeback to the team. Leg-spinner Piyush Chawla and paceman S Sreesanth were dropped. Dhoni, Tendulkar and paceman Zaheer Khan would be available for the Test series. The series starts with the Twenty20 match on 4th of next month followed by the five one-dayers, starting on the 6th. The three Tests are scheduled from 20th June.
