On the final day of the Ahmedabad Test, resuming the play at 190 for two, India were 256 for 3 in their second innings against Sri Lanka at Lunch. Two wickets were yesterday taken by Welegedra and Herath of Srilanka. Earlier, Sri Lanka declared their first innings at 760 for seven, securing a lead of 334 runs. Mahela Jayawardana played a classic innings of 275 runs, followed by Prasanna Jayawardana who made 154 runs and remained unbeaten.
