<br/>BJP president Nitin Gadkari today denied having held talks with the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) on continuing their seat sharing understanding. Talking to reporters in Guwahati, he said, no such talks have taken place during his visit with the AGP. Mr. Gadkari, however added that the party will want the alliance to continue for the ensuing 2011 assembly election in Assam. <br/><br/>The BJP and AGP had an alliance both in the last assembly and Lok Sabha election from the state. The BJP president said, if AGP wants the alliance, BJP will go for it or otherwise it will fight alone.
