The Union Minister for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Mr. Nitin Gadkari has called for making available necessary facilities to the taxpayers. <br/><br/>He was speaking at a special function organized by the Maharashtra Sales Tax Department to mark Sales Tax Day in Nagpur today. <br/><br/>He also said, the Maharashtra State is going to get annual revenue of around one lakh crore rupees and it is set to become the state having maximum tax revenue in the whole country. <br/><br/>Therefore, he said, the industrialists and traders should be motivated to pay their dues by providing them a simple and transparent tax regime which would in turn add the income in the state exchequer.
