BJP President Nitin Gadkari accused the Congress and RJD for not doing enough for the development of Bihar. He also claimed that people of the state tasted the fruits of development for the first time only during the NDA rule in the state. Addressing election meetings at Darbhanga, Mr. Gadkari said during RJD regime there was misrule in the state. He said law and order in the state has witnessed marked improvement because of the efforts of Nitish Kumar Government.
