US today acknowledged that the option of use of military force against the Libyan leader Mommar Gaddafi is a very difficult decision to make for many reasons. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that none of the countries with whom she has consulted put the war option at the top of the list. She said, there is not enough information to know exactly what is happening on the ground in Libya. Hillary Clinton, however said, Gaddafi is increasingly losing control over his country and appears to be in control only of a small part of the capital Tripoli. She however said, Gaddafi still has allies who are not yet turning against him, and Washington is trying to send very clear messages. Clinton told BBC that US and its international partners are looking at all forms of action and nothing is off the table.
