Reports from eastern Libya say forces loyal to Col. Gaddafi have been shelling the opposition held town of Ajdabiya. Witnesses said at least a dozen rockets landed close to the town's western entrance, causing opposition fighters to flee the area. Some reports said Col. Gaddafi's forces were drawing close to Ajdabiya. There were also reports of his troops renewing bombardment of the western town of Misrata. An opposition spokesman said six people were killed there early today.
