The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that his country has guaranteed that the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi could go anywhere if he chooses to leave the North African country. The Turkish government proposed a roadmap in April to end the conflict, calling for an immediate ceasefire and the initiation of a political reform among others.In early May, Ankara toughened its position on Gaddafi, with Erdogan urging the embattled Libyan leader to step down and leave his country. Despite mounting pressure, Gaddafi has vowed that he would never leave Libya.
