Finance Minister from the Group of seven rich industrialized countries are meeting in London on Tuesday to discuss how to avoid a repeat of the Financial crisis of 2008. They will examine whether banks and insurance companies should pay an insurance levy to cover the cost of any future bail out by their governments. Last week, President Obama said he wanted to limit size of the biggest banks in the United States and the way they operate.
