Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Anupriya Patel will inaugurate in Bengaluru, the second Trade and Investment Working Group, TIWG meeting under G20 India Presidency on May 24th. The three day meeting from May 23rd to May 25th will be attended by over 100 delegates from G20 member countries, invitee countries, regional groupings and international organisations.<br />''<br />''It will deliberate on reforming the multilateral trading system, integrating MSMEs in global trade, resilient Global Value Chains, GVC, making trade work for growth and prosperity and efficient logistics for trade.&nbsp; On May 23rd a seminar on Trade and Technology will discuss the role of technology in driving inclusive growth. Two panel discussions will be part of the seminar. The delegates will be taken on a guided city tour after the Seminar. A cultural programme and gala dinner is organised for the G20 delegates on this day. On the second day, on May 24th a technical session on WTO reforms will emphasise on WTO foundational principles, inclusive and transparent functioning of WTO, Marrakesh Agreement and its multilateral trade agreements.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The deliverables that emerged from the deliberations during the first TIWG meeting held in Mumbai between March 28 and 30th will be discussed further on the first and the last day of the meeting. These will be related to digitalisation of paper documents, Bills of Lading and Certificate of Origin critical of cross border trade. The deliverables on developing an action plan to create Meta Information Portal for MSMEs, framework for mapping GVCs and a compendium of best practices on Mutual Recognition Agreements will also be taken up. This meeting in Bengaluru is aimed at building global synergies that lead the world towards finding common solutions for a resilient and sustainable One Earth, One Family, One Future.</span><br />
