Futue trading of Carbon credits has been introduced for clean development mechanism. The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd, NCDEX, and Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd., MCX, have introduced this mechanism.The Centre has extended capacity building activities in certain States for participation in Clean Development Mechanism initiative.
