In Bihar the funeral procession of slain Ranvir Sena chief Brahmeswar Singh alias Mukhiya coming from Ara to Patna turned violent. The participants in the procession burned police outposts and private vehicles, besides blocking busy Bailey Road for several hours in the state capital.AIR correspondent reports that angry protestors also torched several government vehicles near Raj Bhavan and Chief Minster's residence. Singh was gunned down yesterday in Bhojpur district of BiharHis last rites are being performed at the banks of river Ganga later this evening.Meanwhile Union Home Secretary R. K. Singh has said that the killing of Brahmeshwar Mukhiya, is a cause of concern and the Bihar government is capable of dealing with it.Talking to reporters in Patna, Mr.Singh ruled out any intervention by the centre in the matter. He said the centre is keeping a close eye on the situation in the wake of violent protest after the killing.
