Fugitive terrorist Dawood Ibrahim's brother, Iqbal Kaskar has been remanded to the custody of Enforcement Directorate till 24th February. He was arrested by ED yesterday from a Thane jail, where he was lodged in connection with multiple extortion cases. According to ED, Kaskar extorted money from celebrities and builders using his brother Dawood Ibrahim's image as a global terrorist.<br />''<br />''Earlier this week, the ED had raided some 10 locations in Mumbai, including those related to Ibrahim's late sister Haseena Parkar.
