The government today ruled out rolling back increase in fuel prices, even as Opposition NDA called for an all-India bandh tomoprrow to protest the price hike and rising inflation.<br/><br/>Speaking to reporters in Kolkata today, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said, there is no question of roll-back in fuel prices.
