Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will lead a delegation to Rashtrapati Bhawan this afternoon over the issue of appointment of actor Gajendra Chauhan as the chairman of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune. Mr. Gandhi will meet President Pranab Mukherjee and urge him to intervene in the matter.<br/><br/>Some students of FTII are protesting against the appointment of Mr. Chauhan. Talking to media outside Parliament, Rahul Gandhi alleged that the government is not doing anything to resolve the issue. He also charged that every important institution in the country is being destroyed.
