Similarly,  Zakir Hussain  the first Covid-19 positive case in Kargil, has been freed from compulsory residential quarantine, after he was discharged from the hospital.<br />'' <br />'' After being tested negative twice both frontline health worker in Leh and first covid-19 case in Kargil are given a traditional and warm send-off by the medical doctors and paramedics,  after their discharge.<br />'' <br />'' In Kargil, Zakir Hussain thanked the district administration, Doctors and paramedical staff for the care and treatment offered to him during treatment in isolation ward and quarantine centre.  Mr. Zakir Hussain appealed the people of Kargil to follow the guidelines issued by the administration for their own health and well being of the close families.</span><br />''
