Fresh tropical storm threatening Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian

A fresh tropical storm is threatening the Bahamas just two weeks after Hurricane Dorian tore through part of the islands. Announcing this, the Miami-based forecaster National Hurricane Centre (NHC) said, it is currently moving northwest towards Great Abaco island, one of the islands worst hit by Dorian.
''
'' The announcement from NHC came after it had warned yesterday that a strengthening tropical depression was heading for the same islands hit by Dorian last week. The storm, dubbed Humberto, is expected to strengthen into a hurricane, moving very near the northwestern Bahamas today, before shifting to offshore Florida after the weekend.
''
''A Bahamian National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) spokesperson warned the storm could have an impact on relief and recovery efforts on the islands. The Department of Meteorology's Director Trevor Basden said winds of up to 100 kilometers per hour were expected and heavy rainfall could bring some flooding to the already saturated islands.
