The Enforcement Directorate has served fresh summons to former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda asking him to appear for questioning in Delhi on Wednesday. Koda, who is facing corruption and money laundering charges, is likely to be discharged from a Ranchi hospital today.The hospital authorities said Koda's condition is stable and it is ready to discharge him. The Income Tax department and Enforcement Directorate have asked the hospital authorities to inform them before they release Koda.<br/> <br/>The former chief minister was admitted to the hospital on the 3rd of this month after he complained of stomach ache. He and several of his associates are facing charges of money laundering and illegal investments to the tune of over 2000 crore rupees.<br/><br/>A Ranchi court has remanded Vikash Sinha, an associate of Koda, to ten days' custody of Enforcement Directorate. AIR correspondent reports that Sinha, who was remanded to a day's judicial custody earlier, will be taken to the Enforcement Directorate's headquarters in Delhi for interrogation.<br/> <br/>
