<br/>Fresh spells of rain are expected to bring down the mercury levels in the national capital. The minimum temperature in the morning was recorded at 28.8 degrees with over night showers bringing some respite for Delhites. The rain gauges measured 9.2 mm of rainfall till 8.30 am.
