The hill state is under the grip of cold wave conditions. However, people in remote areas are facing difficulties due to disruption in power and water supply. The administration has been engaged to clear the roads and restore the electric supply.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Met Centre has predicted heavy snowfall in Uttarakashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh districts of the state.
