A fresh spell of rain and snowfall is lashing various parts of Uttarakhand. AIR correspondent reports that after a gap of almost six years Pithoragarh town received heavy snowfall yesterday. <br />''<br />''<br />''The hilly areas were lashed by a fresh spell of snowfall while foothills and plains experienced moderate to heavy rains intensifying cold conditions in the state.
