In Assam , fresh incidents of violence were reported in Kokrajhar and Chirang district since last evening even as the state government is contemplating of sending back the people staying in different relief camps to their respective villagers,Two dead bodies were recovered from Champamati river bordering Kokrajhar-Chirang today. The bodies are suspected to be that of two drivers who were missing since yesterday evening.In another incident, two dead bodies were recovered from Borlaogaon in Bijni subdivision of Chirang district today.In another incident, three persons, including a driver of Bodoland Transport and two passengers were seriously injured when miscreants belonging to a particular community attacked them at Bortola under Dhaligaon police station in Chirang district today. The Bodoland Transport bus was on way to Udalguri from Kokrajhar when the miscreants stopped the bus and attacked the driver and two passengers with sharp weapons. The Chirang district administration has imposed a indefinite curfew after the spate of fresh violence in the district.In Kokrajhar unidentified miscreants torched several houses in Sengnala village under Dotma Police station in Kokrajhar district last night. There were no one in the village when the incident took place as the people have already fled the village and staying at relief camps.The public blame lack of security for the fresh violence.
