Fresh chargesheet against Koda

A chargesheet has been filed against the former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Lok Sabha member Madhu Koda alleging that he took Rs 90 lakh from two of his associate to fight the Lok Sabha election in 2009. The chargesheet has been filed by the State Vigilance Bureau. The chargesheet also says Koda posted an Indian Forest Service officer Raj Kapoor as the Member Secretary of Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board JSPCB, for which one of his associate took a bribe. The chargesheet lists a number of other instances of misuse of position of Chief Ministership by Koda. Koda is presently in Ranchi jail and is facing other charges by the CBI and Enforcement Directorate besides the present one by the state vigilance.
