<br/>In Punjab, fresh breach in the embankment of Ghaghar River has inundated 20 villages in Sardulgarh area of Mansa district. 8 companies of army have been pressed into service to plug the breach. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that water has receded in flood hit areas of Patiala and Sangrur districts but some villages are still cut off due to damage to roads.
