Fresh attack on Pak NATO supply convoy

In Pakistan, there has been another attack on the NATO supply convoy. Unknown gunmen this morning targeted 30 tankers parked near roadside restaurant about 100 kilommetres of western city of Quetta torching most of them. The convoy was carrying oil was heading to Afghanistan from Karachi. An official from the paramilitary Levies Forces said at least two troops were injured following an attack. He said fire fighting crew had been called in from nearby Sibi district to bring raging blaze under control and the Levies Forces have surrounded the locality and commenced a search operation. The pre-dawn assault on NATO supplies came two days after the United States apologised to Pakistan for a cross-border air strike that killed two Pakistani soldiers in late September. The attack is the sixth in a row since the beginning of October.
