In France, members of Republican Party have agreed to back embattled presidential candidate Francois Fillon, despite the possible prosecution he may face over embezzlement. <br/><br/>After an emergency meeting over the election,party officials said the party is re-launching Fillon's campaign, aiming to regain control of the power. <br/><br/>Fillon faces allegations that his family had inappropriately used public funds. The first round of voting in the Presidential election is scheduled for 23rd April.
