At the French Open Tennis, the top-seeded pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis has advanced to the second round of the women's doubles. In the first round in Paris today, the Indo-Swiss pair easily overcame Germany's Julia Goerges and Barbora Krejcikova of Czech Republic in straight sets 6-3 6-0. In Men's Doubles, Leander Paes and Rohan Bopanna along with their respective partners entered the second round.Paes and his Canadian partner Daniel Nestor prevailed over Australian combo of James Duckworth and Chris Guccione in three sets. Bopanna and Florin Mergea of Romania also posted a three-set win against unseeded Serbian combination of Filip Krajinovic and Viktor Troicki. Yesterday, Mahesh Bhupathi and his Australian partner Nick Kyrgios suffered a straight-set defeat at the hands of Lucas Pouille and Thanasi Kokkinakis in the men's doubles.
