French Open: Rohan Bopanna to play in Mixed Doubles Final today

In French Open Tennis, Rohan Bopanna and his Canadian teammate Gabriela Dabrowski will play their title match against the pair Germany's Anna-Lena Groenefeld and Colombia's Robert Farah today. Seventh seeded Bopanna and his Canadian partner shocked third seeds Andrea Hlavackova and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 7-5, 6-3 in the semi-finals.This is only the second time in his career that Bopanna has reached the summit clash of a Grand Slam. In 2010, he had made the final of US Open with Pakistani parter Aisam-ul-haq-Qureshi and lost to legendary Bryan brothers — Bob and Mike. Bopanna is the lone Indian to survive in the tournament after the exits of Leander Paes and Sania Mirza.In Men's Singles, Rafael Nadal has reached the semi-finals while Novak Djokovic has been ousted in the quarter final after losing to Dominic Thiem.
