French Open: Leander-Martina to take on Sania-Dodig in mixed doubles final

Leander Paes and his Swiss partner Martina Hingis will take on Sania Mirza and her Croatian partner Ivan Dodig in the Mixed Doubles final of the French Open in Paris today. Meanwhile, Serena Williams has kept alive her hopes of making Grand Slam history by reaching the Women's Singles final. In today's semi-final, the defending champion defeated Kiki Bertens of the Netherlands in straight sets 7-6, 6-4. In tomorrow's final, the 34-year old American will face Spanish fourth seed Garbine Muguruza who beat Australian 21st seed Samantha Stosur 6-2, 6-4. A win tomorrow, will give Williams her 22nd Grand Slam title, equalling the Open-era record set by Steffi Graf in Paris in 1999. In the Men's section, Novak Djokovic has reached his fourth Singles Final by beating Austria's Dominic Thiem in straight sets 6-2, 6-1, 6-4. The other men's semi-final between Stan Wawrinka an Andy Murray was in progress, when reports last came in.
