French minister meets Arab League’s SC to discuss No Fly Zone over Libya

The French Foreign Minister Alian Juppe is meeting the Secretary General of the Arab League in Egypt today to discuss proposals for a possible No Fly Zone over Libya. Mr. Juppe said France was working with Britain to get a Security Council resolution to create an Air Exclusion Zone to stop Col. Gaddafi's forces bombing the rebels. In New York, Libya's Deputy Ambassador to the United Nataions, Mr. Ibrahim Dabbashi, again called for the establishment of a No Fly Zone.
