French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will arrive in New Delhi today on a two-day visit to India. During the visit, Mr Fabius will be holding deliberations on the preparations ahead of the Paris climate summit. He will be accompanied by Ambassador for Climate Change Negotiations and Special Representative for COP21, Ms Laurence Tubiana.<br/><br/>The visiting Minister will also discuss the joint launch of International Solar Alliance by President Fran'ois Hollande and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The alliance has been proposed by India. Mr Fabius will meet his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj and Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar. He is also scheduled to call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
