France and Germany have threatened fresh sanctions against Iran following reports that it may be working on a nuclear warhead. Germany's leading insurance companies have also announced that they would quit doing business in the country.German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle told reporters in Berlin that France and Germany were considering expanding sanctions against Iran through the UN Security Council if the country continues to ignore UN resolutions and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
