Foreign Affairs Minister of France Laurent Fabius called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi this afternoon. Mr Modi and Mr Fabius discussed issues of mutual concern. Mr Fabius also discussed situation in France following the terror attack in Paris.<br/><br/> Mr Fabius, who arrived in New Delhi today, is on two day India visit ahead of crucial climate talks in Paris. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikasw Swarup said, Mr Fabius will hold day-long talks with Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar in preparation of the upcoming climate change summit. The Summit will be hosted in Paris later this month. Both will also hold press conference this evening. <br/><br/> He will also meet External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj where issues of ISIS and Pairs attack will be discussed. India and France will also discuss on further stepping up their mutual cooperation in area of combating terrorism.<br/><br/>France has strengthened security around the Paris climate change summit following the terror attack on 13th of this month in Paris. The climate change conference is expected to be attended by scores of world leaders.
