A Court in Delhi has ordered the framing of charges against Congress leader Sajjan Kumar and seven others in a case relating to 1984 anti-sikh riots. <br/> <br/>The order was passed by the Additional Session Judge Sunita Gupta and the court will hear the matter on the 18th when Sajjan Kumar and others can present their defence. <br/> <br/>The CBI had filed a chargesheet against Sajjan Kumar and two others in two cases for allegedly instigating mobs during the riots following the assassination of Indira Gandhi. <br/><br/>
